My wife, 2 year old daughter and I had a great stay at Vibe.
The location is great, just a short walk to Orchard Rd.
Wati and the staff members at the reception were amazing and very accommodating and helpful. We were greeted with a balloon for our daughter and everyone was extremely happy and welcoming.
The rooms were clean and the room service food is great!

Comfy and close to everything
Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
We had a very good experience in Vibe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were always clean and tidy. Our special thanks to Mahen. He has been lovely. He was always thoughtful especially to our two little ones - giving them treats everytime.

It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back again! Stayed for 5 days & 4 nights. We’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. The location is very good and convenient, its only five minutes walk to Orchard Rd. The room was very nice, it looks like it just renovated. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. There’s also a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good too.
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bonus part is that we get full access to the pantry (24 hours) where you can take anything (they have all kinds of snacks and drinks)
overall is pretty good but we noticed: 1. some trash that hidden behind curtain probably from previous customer that used our room. 2. i thought most hotels will have waterjet in the toilet area for easy rinse but you don't. 3. we also find that is too few clothes hook in the bathroom.
